We isolated the issue to an infrastructure component in our Azure backend that failed to send FCM messages (those that wake a device for a Remote Support session). We resolved the component issue and restored service late Friday UTC.

We are aware of issues initiating Remote Control sessions with managed devices.

Our team is currently investigating.
